    I think even in diluted portions it impacts the teeth enamel. But I just read in some groups. No first hand experience.

    Its so hard to drink ACV, but you reminded me, I will try lemon water and honey in the morning. Thanks

    Quite similar like yday.

    10 min workout morning and evening

    BF - 3 dosai and podi with ghee
    lunch - sambar, rice and veggies
    evening - peanuts, dates and pears all little
    dinner - good portion of khichdi, bitter gourd and little curd.

    Plan tomorrow is to have lemon and honey in empty stomach. I'm hoping i don't gorge and get better at rotating different grains rather than just rice. But thats the long term goal.

    Today:

    ACV as soon as I woke up
    Breakfast - 1 dosa and a cup of milk
    Mid morning snack - Baked Ragi muruku (No oil / fried)
    Lunch - Mushroom sabji & 1 roti
    Evening - Coffee (I have reduced from 3 cups a day to 1, will work harder)
    Night - Veggie salad sandwich
    Workout - walking for 30 mins.

    Planning to start Yoga from tomorrow, I was practicing until last week and couldn't follow it this week due to other commitments.

    10 mins workout morning and evening

    bf - 3 kambu idli with veggies and sambar
    lunch - rice and quinoa, veggie and sambar
    eve - peanuts dates 1/2 apple; lemon water with honey
    dinner - rice quinoa veggie and sambar (not to high, but little bit more than what i need)

    better day, as i didnt gorge food so far. but my friends have invited for dinner outside. I finished my dinner in the hope that i will not give into craving and eat junk. Praying for it.

    @Ahuja Having PCos you could skip milk and intake curds. Curds have the live bacteria and good to be taken:) Milk has a lot of hormone injected substances and going to help you with pcod
