I have a similar problem, sometimes I get hungry like a monster once the sun goes down. I dono if it's stress or frustration or maybe I didn't eat properly during the day or whatever. I try to control it mostly But sometimes it gets hard. Things I tried.. I give in during afternoon or evening and have a dessert or something that satisfies the craving. During the night craving, I try to stick to dates, fruits or dark chocolate. If I still want to have a heavy meal or go out for dinners, I try to finish by 7-8pm max. So that there is more time to digest. Despite all that, if it still slips. Well, sometimes it happens. What all options have you tried?
