Buddies Required!!! Lose A Kg A Month- 2017

    I have a similar problem, sometimes I get hungry like a monster once the sun goes down. I dono if it's stress or frustration or maybe I didn't eat properly during the day or whatever. I try to control it mostly But sometimes it gets hard.
    Things I tried..
    I give in during afternoon or evening and have a dessert or something that satisfies the craving.
    During the night craving, I try to stick to dates, fruits or dark chocolate.
    If I still want to have a heavy meal or go out for dinners, I try to finish by 7-8pm max. So that there is more time to digest.
    Despite all that, if it still slips. Well, sometimes it happens.

    What all options have you tried?

    10 mins workout morning and evening.

    Bf - 2 kambu dosai and sambar
    Lunch - steamed veggies greens and sambar
    Eve - almonds dates and amla
    Night - good portion kichadi with sambar and 2 papad

    Food so much better than yday.

    Ohhh.. I simply cannot stop with one piece of dessert. I simply don't have that kind of self control. It always takes me in a downward spiral so I try to avoid processed food completely.

    I try to load myself with healthy or atleast homemade food in the evening. But sometimes even that gets so much .. Today I tried doing ten min workout before dinner.. Hoping that works. Also I try to eat with other people and not watch tv so that I don't eat mindlessly. Works some days some days I slip.

    I'm hoping to report back all that here in the accountability group so that I learn to control myself.

    Thanks for the warm welcome :)

    Today's update:
    Early morning - Apple cider vinegar
    1 cup of milk (unsweetened) and toasted brown bread slice and some nuts for breakfast
    1/2 an apple for mid morning snack
    Lunch would be 1 roti and wadiya sabji + curd
    Evening - 1/2 cup coffee (I know lemon juice or some fruits would be a better option but then I really need caffeine in the evening.
    Night - Scrambled eggs and oats

    Hopefully I can lose some weight with this :)

    How are you drinking acv. I've read that you need to drink with straw or it will corrode enamel. are you seeing any benefits with acv.

    10 min work out morning and evening
    bf - handful pongal and sambar
    lunch - pongal veggies and greens
    eve - some almonds, peanuts, dates and grapes
    dinner - 5 dosai with sambar and veggie

    still not perfect, but atleast the gorging is under control and i'm so thankful for that

    Corrode enamel ? I did try this for a few days last year, What if it's diluted in water?

    Hi,

    I drink the ACV + Honey + water, Never drink it concentrated. Always dilute it.

    Also, ACV actually helps in removing stains from your teeth and avoid bad breath if you gargle with it. So, you can just drink it straight, atleast I am and I haven't found any issues like corrosion of my teeth.

    ACV helps in digestion of food and also suppresses the acid in our stomach and reduces appetite and increases metabolism.

    After having ACV i feel less hungry and my acne is clearing out too. It aids in weight loss and helps in PCOS is what I have heard, I am yet to experience those though.

    Also, now organic shops already have ACV + Honey you could try that itself.

    So nice to see many Il's here.
    I'm back now and need to concentrate on my weight.
    My weight is now 64.2kg and i want to reduce it to 63kg by this month end.
