yesterday aftre many days did 3 km walk and 20 mins cardio
May 17- wed- 40 min strength training, 20 min ab.
May 18- rest.
May 19-40 min walk with weights
May 20- 20 min floor workout, 20 mins walk
May 21- sun- rest
21st-Bolly wood work out dance
22nd-2.5 mile LS walk
May 22nd- mon- 30 mins outdoor walk, 30 mins total body strength training- fitness blender
Yesterday did15 mins of Bipasha workout intense routine
May 23-1 hr morning walk, 20 mins floor workout at night
May 24- 50 min strength training- Lumowell
May 25- 1 hr outdoor walk
May 26- 30 mins strength training - fitness blender
If possible just moderate walk on Saturday else, week end- rest days.

Quiet busy at office so not able to update...No exercise also...for last week...will update soon
May 29- 40 min strength training, with 20 min focus on flabby arm
May 30- 30 mins walk
May 31- 30 mins total body strength training
June 1 st- rest.
