Buddies Required!!! Lose A Kg A Month- 2017

    Hi Sri, I took this decision to loose 1 kg in 1 month in december itself. I wanted to loose 10 kgs by next year.

    Starting date : 17th december and by 17th jan I lost 2 kgs.
    Current weight : 71 kg
    by end of jan : 70.5 kg (target)

    I am drinking only warm water (atleast 2 litres)
    1 glass of lemon juice in warm water with honey in the morning.
    and 1 glass of lemon juice (without honey or salt ) at night.
    Avoided sugar completely.( but I do cheating some times )
    Leslie walk or SN whenever possible. actually i did only for around 10-12 days last month.

    U tempt me .... @Laks09...okay I am in. Dec break did not help me...too much love all served piping hot several times a day. 5lbs gain.
    Goals 2lbs a month.
    Eat breakfast.(sounds terrible right..I have been skipping one too many meals these days) Used to eat the chia pudding that gauri posted but now the weather is much colder and I need something warm...will seriously look into healthy options.
    Get my 10,000 a day...and one long hike over the weekend.

    At 10,000 cals a day, gaining 2 lbs a month will be a breeze.

    I should have known someone is watching and taking notes....better dot all my is and put units for every number

    I am interested in Joining. Current weight 75 kgs. Need to reduce 10 kgs atleast.
    Weight loss target: 2 kgs per month.
    Cannot go out for walk due to cold.

    Need to:
    1. Cut down sweets.
    2. 15 SNs everyday
    3. Treadmill for 30 mins
    4. Cut down on bakery and junk products
    5. Stop eating kids leftovers

    I can only hope this is enough for my target of losing 2 kgs every month.

    So how does this work ..we post just once a month with updates or are we supposed to log our progress daily/weekly here and post weighins once a month?

    I used to try and post updates daily with regard to my daily goals(always about eating right) and weekly once on the status of weekly workouts. I know some folks post daily with their workouts and cals. I always posted a weekly weight. Thinking I should dust that weighing scale and start weighing weekly.
