    Mon - March 13 th- 20 mins psyche Truth killer ab workout.
    Food- no cheating.
    30 min meditation done.

    Tue- March 14th- 20 mins upper body toning(mor), 30 mins mild walk
    Food- Total cheat day. Was on attack mode today.:rage:
    30 min meditation done.

    wed- March 15th- 35 mins JM 6week6pack - day 4 done.
    Food with minimal cheat.
    15 mins breathing exercises.

    Need to have control on having tea / coffee ,any best solution or idea friends to reduce my intake of tea / coffee.

    Sunday - march 19 th- rest day.
    6 days/7 days- worked out.
    Eating was not as planned.
    Rested well.

    Mon- march 20 th- JM day 7 done, 30 mins of &3
    Uma, 2 times coffee tea is ok. If u go for more than that, reduce milk/ sugar, add more water instead. Slowly switch to Black version.

    I like adding ginger, cloves elachi with just very light tea powder (less than half a tsp) in 16 oz of water. No sugar though, but drinking hot with spices sometimes satisfied my tea quench. That way, I replace my more than 2 cups of tea in a day.

    Still, working on bad snacking.
    It's just mid morning, before lunch. Other times of the day, I follow what I planned.

    I will try doing something different than I usually do that time. To divert my conditional timed unhealthy snack. Gn ladies.
