    1 whole wheat bread with almond butter
    Orange -1
    Cracked wheat veggie upma-1cup
    Yogurt, cucumber
    Green tea ,2 biscuits
    Tomato soup , veggie pasta

    Been not regular to keep up my updates.
    Yesterday went on fasting without breakfast and lunch,had only dinner.
    Trying to reduce my intake for coffee and tea.

    30 min meditation.
    30 min outdoor walk

    March 7 th- 30 min walk with weights- Stride and strength - Jessica Smith
    20 min core workout, 15 min breathing routine.

    March 8 th- 35 mins Jillian Michael 6 weeks 6 pack day 1
    15 mins Spine/neck Rehab exercises

    March 9 th- 35 mins JM 6 weeks 6 pack- day 2
    20 mins foot/knee therapy, 15 mins post dinner walk

    March 10 th- rest day.

    5 days/ 7 days workout last week.

    One day/ 7 day - food is a mess.
    Or I can say, 6 days/7 days, I followed good food

    Rephrase words, to reset mind for a fresh week
