Buddies Required!!! Lose A Kg A Month- 2017

    Hi All

    I want to join in.
    Breakfast museli with milk
    Lunch spinach dal with slice of kingsmill bun
    Dinner yet to plan
    I walk 5000 steps on avg. Trying to eat healthy going to stick to dal for lunch with 1 roti or bread. It does fill me up. I eat fruit before leaving work and dinner by 7.
    My current wt is 64.
    Ideal wt is 58.

    This Weekend was not good for me.. Ate more mainly during dinner.. So weight staying at the same 66.3kg.
    Hoping to reach 65kgs by this month end. Another 2 weeks and 1.3 kgs to loose.. Looks difficult so some changes i am planning from today

    1) Include some form of workouts daily
    2) No rice or minimal rice even on weekends
    3) Increase waiter intake
    4) Remove snacks during evening and make dinner as soup+snacks (as i am feeling hungrier during end of the day)

    Tea + 1/2 orange
    3 roti, dal, cauliflower stir fry
    tea + few almonds
    3 dosa

    15 mins walk
    15 mins HIIT workout

    As promised i did my workout today, but could not maintain the dinner part. Need to correct it.

    Hi Friends,

    As i went out on the weekend ,i had good and heavy meals outside.

    Yesterday my diet was : Morning - 2 dosa with sambar,Afternoon - Sambar rice with beans curry and curd rice.
    Night - 4 dosa with sambar

    2 roti + mix veg + check pea chart + curd
    Tea +1.5 idli
    Soup + 1 idli

    No workout today
    3 lt water

    My weight is not at all going down.. Even after in a good diet control.. I have even included some form of workout too...Can anyone review my routine and advice me..

    Hi ana...

    Try to take buttermilk instead of curd... In buttermilk add ginger and jeera for better results...
    Split it into 6 meals...
    Morning : green tea lime w/o sugar (If u really want add brown sugar that too a limit)
    Breakfast : 6 egg white (omelette or boiled or sandwich) + sprouts 1 cup If you are veg 2 Idly + sambar
    Mid time snack : veg salad 2 cups with butter milk
    Lunch : 2 chappathi chicken 100gm or daal or veg sabji + one fruit
    Evening : Mixed salad veg and fruit salad with yogurt
    Dinner : chappathi with daal or veg sabji

    Drink atleast 3 litres of water and eat on a regular time interval...

    This diet chart gave by my trainer ...Its a low carb diet for weight reduction... Try it then u ll see the results..
    And one more thing do one regular exercise walking yoga anything you like for 30 mins that's enough...

    I cant incorporate this diet fully (as i eat office lunch), but i will try which ever possible for my schedule.
