    30 mins worrkout
    3 Lt water

    Today was in a training so to avoid sleeping..tea consumption was more.will correct it tomorrow

    Lunch - rice, vendaikkai mor kulambu, beans paruppu usili, appalam 1/2
    Evening - tea
    Dinner - assorted beans n veggies salad, paneer paratha 1

    Water - 2 lt
    Workout - 30 mins floor exercise, 2 miles walk
