    For now, Iam in choco' s team. Team 4.
    I referred the spread sheet.
    My short goal is to step out of Team 4 asap.

    I will pull choco with me too...

    Friends, pls take a moment to fill spread sheet. It will be easy to find our team members and keep track of group progress together....

    I noticed there are currently 2 members in Team 2.
    My wish is that all of us should reach there this year.

    Bf - idiappam with coconut n sugar
    Mm - coffee, small banana
    Lunch - little millet rice .5 cup, keerai kulambu, bittergourd stir fry, kaju katli 1, few nuts
    Snack - tea
    Dinner - 2 multi grain dosai, channa n veggies masala, 1 parota, kaju katli 1

    Workout - 45 mins yoga / floor exercise, 15 mins walk

    Water - 1.5 lt

    Jan4-mon-15 mins floor workout by night – little more than lightdinner- 3 idli,sambar

    Jan 5- tue-mor- 5 sets SN, eve- 35 minsfloor workout, night-20 mins indoor walk, 5 sets SN, breathing. dinner- same like yesterday- 3 idlies and sambar. but did not feel heavy as I worked out after dinner too...

    I dont know I feel like eating idlies when i cook this time.So, eating two days in a row. enough for this week, espeically at night.
