    i want to join this challenge and make healthy lifestyle a priority

    Jan 4th - 156 lbs
    Jan end - 150 lbs
    team 5

    Aim:
    1. Cardio 3 times a week - 45mins
    2. Suryanamaskar start with 10 and go up to 16-18 by Jan end
    3. Cut down sweets
    4. Try to be active all day
