    Jan 1- fri-20 mins wii fit exercises.,restaurant food
    Jan2-sat- 20 mins zumba@ night, 40 minsyoga, ate rice for dinner
    Jan3- sun- mor-5setsSN - , night- 5 sets SN,20 mins floor workout, 15 mins breathingroutine, light dinner done.

    Jan 3: No Junkday.
    bread1, withpeanut butter, tea
    quinoa, dal, veg,vathalkuzhambu, rasam, yogurt
    tea
    multigrain dosa1, veg soup, yogurt

    oranges just before bed and after workout. Avoided binge eating consciously. Going to bed satisfied and relaxed...But made it to bed by 12.00 only.
    need to work on early bedding time.
