    Thanks anu... Will follow your curries idea.
    But 1 use 2 teaspn oil and less salt and spices in my cooking. Do u think that is more? It s approx 3 teaspn for me. Sweets no probes for me. Fried items are the probes. As v won't have spicy food, sum times wil carve for spicy snacks. Any suggestion?

    Please do Chk my diet following week and motivate me... Point me if I go in a wrong way.. So that will not touch that again.. I have to see change this month in my scale...

    earlier when i started losing weight, i concentrated more on exercising and diet, but not on cooking oil.. first remove all fried items from ur pantry.. throw all the stuff into trash and be proud that stuff is not going into my belly :) that's what i did. pman has given the link .. follow the recpies.. do u eat non - veg? so i have some baked wings recpie.. which i eat occasionally

    todays diet

    empty stomach 500ml
    breakfast tea/digestive biscuit 1s/ 2 dosas
    lunch 2 rotis/beans fry/curd
    snack mango/3ltrs water
    dinner bowl of melon/1 ltr water/mango

    water 4ltrs
    exercis 1 hr wworkout =5miles=620cals

    girls i broke weight plateau and reached june goal weight 127lbs.

    1 cup tea
    4 brown bread with butter

    water 8 glasses

    exercise: 30 min tredmill= 2mile
    LS 3 mile walk

    Fenugreek seeds with warm water
    Coffee
    Breakfast: 2 slices of brown bread + Ragi, samba wheat porridge
    cherries
    Lunch: Vegetable rice + Onion raitha + small piece of chocolate
    Olives + Blueberries
    Evening: Green tea + 2 slices of brown bread
    Dinner: 1 roti + 1 chapathi with hammous

    Water: 3.5 litres
    Exercise: 45 mins
