    Hi Girls
    Am really happy everyone are very foused to lose weight. keep it up girls

    today i weighed at 155lbs..
    sep goal weight at 151 lbs
    starting weight at 163 lbs

    total weight loss 7lbs = 3kgs

    Thanks to all my friends who supported with their encouraging words.

    vidya u need a special applause.. by tracking our weights and goal we reached.

    hi ladies,

    Oct 1:
    Food Diet:

    7:45am - 1 bowl of honey bunch of oats (yummy yummy)
    hungry day :rotfl, so started munching fruits
    10 am - few slices of apple
    11am - green grapes
    12.30 pm - 2 roti/panneer curry/1 boiled egg(white)
    6.30pm - little mixed salty nuts
    dinner - upma/curd

    Ex-
    squats
    lunges with dumbbells
    arm workout

    treadmill - 35mins - burnt 200calories

    did all ex in limits, felt very tired today..
