    Snack: Chobani yogurt (mango)
    L: Steamed veggies + spices + lemon juice
    D: Grilled chicken burger + small chips + small coke
    Sn: 100g of popcorn ( low salt)

    W: 500ml
    Ex: 45 min walking

    Today's update:

    7.30 am. Wake up
    7.45 am. Tea
    8.30 am. Oats
    1 pm. 2 Chappathi with garlic kulambu and raita
    5 pm. 1 banana
    7.30 pm. 1 bowl cabbage soup and 1/2 rice roti( left over from my son plate)
    9 pm. Small piece watermelon

    Exercise

    Modern mom hip exercise
    Modern mom plank
    100 count air cycling
    15 squat
    25 ab crunch
    40 minute walking with stroller

    Current weight as on 10th sept 2012 (2nd monday of sept) - 62.1 kgs
    Weight as on 3 rd sept 2012 (1st monday of sept) - 62.4 kgs

    Sep 7

    Cereal with fat free milk for breakfast
    3 medium dosa with chutney for lunch
    1 cup rice with dal and curd for dinner
    Snacks: 2 multigrain sones and small serving of juice

    Exercise: slow walk for 20 minutes

    Sep 8
    1 cup rava upma and tea for breakfast
    1 cup rice with sambar for lunch
    1 cup cereal with milk for dinner :)
    Snacks: 1 medium apple, 1 multigrain scone and tea in the evening
    Exercise: 4 miles walk

    Sep 9
    1/4 cup upma and 1/2 cup cereal and tea for breakfast
    1 cup brown rice spaghetti with vegetables
    1 cup tea and 2 multigrain scones in the evening
    Few grapes
    1/4 cup spaghetti and 1/4 cup rice with dal for dinner
    Exercise: 1 hr walk at 3.5 miles/hr speed

    target weight - 68 Kg by end of sep

    I will try to achieve my targert by brisk walking for an hour daily and 'No junk food intake' policy

    sat update

    1 ltr water
    2 dosas+milk+1 egg white
    2 ltr water
    2 chapptis+curry
    1 apple
    1 chappati+curry

    WATER 3 LTRS
    exercise 1 hr

    sun diet
    1 ltr water
    3 thin dosas+1 egg white
    2 rotis+curry+cottage cheese
    dinner at 7 when to sweet tomatoes... had a very good salad it gave full satisfaction of healthy eating

    exercise 40 mins
    water 11/2 ltr

    hi buddies!!!
    I fid myself addicted to all of u.
    Was in hyderabad since last 5 days for an official cum pleasure trip :) so diet :(
    Was just engrossed in enjoying local cuisine
    Back today.
    Scared to check the scale.
    Will check tommorrow morning and revert.

    Hello All,

    I was off to Scotland on a trip this weekend. So, I could not follow any diet... :((((. I dint eat any lavish food.. in fact could not eat any proper meal. As a vegetarian, I could not find anything just a cold sandwich :(( so me and DH had to eat apple pie, chips and Juice. Regarding exercise...I walked a lot on sat & sun.

    I could not check my weight today..Sorry..will check tomorrow and update soon.
