    hi friends my diet update for today:
    4 a.m. 2 cups water
    5.30 a.m. 1 cup coffee
    7.30 a.m. 1 cup green tea
    8.30 a.m. - oats with a little date syrup and milk
    11.30 a.m. 1 cup tea
    1 p.m. - 3 chappathis with carrot
    4 p.m. 1 cup tea with one biscuit
    6.30 p.m. 1 apple
    8.30 p.m. wheat rava upma
    30 mins. walk

    Hi frds,

    Today's update:

    5.50 am. Wake up
    6 am. 500 ml water
    8.30 am. Oats
    10 am. 1 banana
    12.30 pm Curd rice
    5 pm. 2 thattai( tasted what I prepared)
    7 pm. 1 Akki roti( arishi roti or rice roti) with Kara chutney

    Exercise
    15 squats
    45 min walk( Yday I did 15 squat,beacause of that my thigh got tighten upon Tamil we say ratham kattiruchu. Those who saw me walking wil surely laughed at me the way I walk. I couldn't bend my knees properly because of thigh tightness. After having 1 Akki roti,I feel full. So I thought I should go for walk,else I can't sleep. Thanks god, climate is so chill ,so no one is outside. I got escaped from starring looks the way I walk)

    todays diet

    1 ltr water on empty stomach
    1 egg white+ 2 dosas
    1 ltr water
    2 rotis+panner curry+cottage cheese
    1 ltr water
    1 apple
    dinner fruit bowl

    water 3 ltrs
    eaxercise 420 cals = 1 hr

    vidya
    my vaction is cancelled due to thunderstorms.. so am continuing with my diet routine

    Exercise

    100 air cycling
    Hip exercise by modern mom
    Ab exercise
    Plank
    30 minute brisk walking.

    iam in....... trying to loose 4-5 pound at the end of this month..just 20 more days to go...

    i have made some changes in my diet less suger..no choclate chips n cookies..
    avoid eating outside..

    added green tea..
    and some exercise ...:)
