    There are a couple of other threads where spreadsheet is used ......it is not downloaded and uploaded again.

    Priya created one for the "Buds journey starts again thread" ....the spreadsheet is part of her signature.

    Melon123 uses one in thread....I think it is called something like "Weight Loss buddies from 2013"" I could be wrong with name but it is a very active thread and for sure 2013 is in the thread name.

    Hi Sri, Akineel,

    Today was too tiring....Fruit diet....I dont think it will work for me...But still now I've not taken anything other than fruits...

    Morning ----fruits and water
    Snacks--dates and water
    Lunch -----fruit juice with milk'
    Dinner---may be milk with fruits...

    I hope u both could do it.....very tiring and I feel I've a headache...couldnt excercise...may be becoz its the first time....:spin:spin:spin

    Let me know how was ur fruits day...

    For me also it won't work yaar...I too got head ache in the morning only...
    Had almond and walnut, tea for snack
    Evening little boiled peanut...
    Dinner will have soup yaar...

    1 cup tea,2 brown bread
    3 biscuits
    2 roti,chana dal
    1 cup tea
    vegetable khichdi,curd

    water:9 glass

    exercise: 3 mile walk 45 min.

    point:1( no junk,water, exercise all 3 done)

    June 11 Update

    Water in empty stomach 600ml
    Luke warm water+honey 200ml
    BF:1 bowl of pongal
    1 glass milk+1 banana at 12pm
    L:1 bowl of rice
    1 dairy milk silk at 3pm
    E:1 glass milk, 1 laddu
    D:2 dosa and sambar

    Exercise:
    15 sets of ss
    20mins workout

    Water:
    5.5lit as i was soooo thirsty.......

    Points:
    less .1 for day sleep
    less .1 for sweet
    less .1 for no walking
    total points .7

    Hi Friends,

    For the weight tracker excel.Can we add version numbers.
    Like after first person had edited can add Monthly Team Weight Loss Tracker_Ver1
    Second person as Ver2. So that we know we are using the latest version.
    Just my 2 cents.

    Friends who are doing Fruit day.
    Headache is common as all toxins are flushed out of body.
    And the digestive system gets a break on that day as your eating only fruits easily digested so no work to break complex food.Drink more water on that day.May be you people can follow GM diet fruit day.
    So that for the first time you have some guidance.The next day you will definitely feel very light.
    So just wait for the results to reap. You all are doing a great job.Keep up the good work :)

    Sunday's exhaustion has taken a toll on me.will rest today and join the challenge from tomorrow.
