Buddies Required!!! Lose 3 kgs by 30th June

    My challenges for week 2:
    1. healthy snack all days- 1/7 days done
    2.floor workout- 5 days-1/5 days done
    3. gym- cardio- targeting 800 calories 2 days in a week-not yet
    4. 1 day fruit diet- combined with nuts and liquid soup in between-tomorrow planned

    Today's point- 1
    food- honey lemon water, ragi porridge with milk
    apple,watermelon
    semiya upma, soup, brocolli curry,yogurt
    snack -brocolli,yogurt
    tea
    plums, watermelon and some zuchini curry

    exercise- 10 sets SN,45 mins group cardio work out, 20 mins floor workout-all split workout from evening to late night.

    my kids play around in the upsatirs where i do treadmill.. daily my husband keep them wont disturb engaged.. so they wont disturb me. i burn all those calories on one go...

    Update for June 10, 2013

    Breakfast: 2 Idlis + Amla dipped in honey
    1 banana + 2 pieces watermelon
    2 slices of bread with nutella
    Lunch: Rice with Dal + spinach + 1 boiled egg
    Coffee
    Dinner: 1 Naan + little chicken Briyani with Chicken curry + grilled chicken + 1 Gulab jamun.

    Water: 3.5 litres
    Exercise: 30 mins walking

    Though, I'd outside food, this time I managed to choose something not oily.

    I don't think, there is a central repository to save and edit data in IL.

    Either we have to download and update or else one person has to update it for all, every week.

    You are exactly right Shinara. But, I donno how effective this will, as the person has to search the previous post where it was last updated.

    Else, one of us could do for all. Lets have a trial run this week, using the first option :)
