Brown Rice Vs White Rice for weight loss

    Taking brown rice will reduce or increase weight?

    My husband started taking brown rice (little amount only)for past 15 or 20 days he says he has gained some weight.

    Don't know what to do.

    Hiii lathaviswa there will be loss but gradual loss wait for 3 months then look after change dont lose hopes brown rice is really a weight loser

    You will definetly not gain weight by eating brown rice...you will feel full after eating half the qty of white rice consumption..and you will not feel hungry easily....if keeps you full for a long time.

    yeah that's true he told his tummy is full with some quantity itself but the only issue is increasing of weight.

    lathaviswa i think he is eating that rice na so for his tongue taste is necessary so may be he is eating any other foods

    i dont think increasing weight is due to brown rice consumption..if you are that doubtful stop it for a week and see if therez an improvement in his weight....

    if he is eating pizza all stuff then he can surely gain weight

    No sonali he is not eating anything outside.After he comes home he takes nuts & 1fruits

    yeah right now he is doing this only he stopped having brown rice.
