Breast pumping and storing

    Hi I have been viewing this site for the last 3 months and I am having a 3 month old baby. I would like to give exclusive breastfeed for my baby for 6 months. I am returning work in this month end. I need tips to increase breastmilk so that I can feed and store. Also need to know how long I can keep the milk in refrigirator.
