    Dear friends, talking of breaking our limitations; let us think and ponder over it all the more. Why do we feel that we have no choice or freedom, this is because we have created a comfortable space or zone around us. All the more this space is dictated by our ego or the self image.

    We need to break the boundaries of the ego and think and act from beyond. Believe me once we start doing that, then we magnify our viewpoints and goals and visions. We start thinking and acting from a higher plane. This higher plane has deep understanding and compassion for others.All the more you feel that we are all in the same boat.We are one and we are interdependent on each other.We want to contribute in making this world a better place to live.So let's get started.

    There are different levels of the mind:

    1) Super Mind

    2) Higher Mind

    3) Illuminated Mind

    4) Over Mind

    Super Mind is related to body consciousness. The source of body consciousness is the principle of the Atma that pervades the entire body.

    Higher Mind is when the body consciousness becomes thought consciousness. In this state, it is not limited by time and space. It transcends the five elements.

    Illuminated Mind is one that is highly elevated with significant reservoir of energy. Even the nails and hairs will have significant energy and it is difficult to cut the nail without a shock. The thoughts, words and deeds all will sync with divinity.

    Over Mind is one that attains totality or realization. In this state, a person loses his body and mind consciousness and identified him with the Universal Absolute. The life's purpose becomes contribution to the well being of the fellow beings. A person can become completely realized soul while he is still alive.

    Finally, liberation would happen with the Grace so that there will not be a rebirth.
