    Hi All,
I wanted to have some healthy breakfast and to reduce some weight, With morning rush to prepare and pack food I was finding hard to make healthy ones quickly.
Recently I have started making smoothies for breakfast and they are done in 5 min while I pack/prepare food for us. It’s based on left over fruit or veggies I put on my DS lunch bag (No extra work for me).
I am sharing some recipes here. Please feel free to add you suggestion or what is your fav ones. I am using baby bullet which is quick and easy.
    1. Nectarine Smoothies
    ½ Nectarine/ 1 peach
    1 banana
1 cup vanilla Yogurt (Can be substituted with Greek yogurt & sweetener of your choice)
    2. Berries Smoothie
    Blue berries/Strawberries
    Banana
1 cup vanilla Yogurt (Can be substituted with Greek yogurt & sweetener of your choice)
    3. Avocado & Chocolate
    ½ avocado
    Pinch of chocolate powder
    Vanilla extract
    sweetener of your choice
Milk (Coconut/Almond/Regular) Coconut is my Favorite
    4. Sweet potato Cheesecake. I would like to also try this with pumpkin and winter squash
½ baked sweet potato (left over from my DS Dinner)
    Cream Cheese (3 TBS)
Honey (I think Agave would be good too)
Milk (for consistency I used ¼ cup)
    Cinnamon and Nutmeg
I also added few leftover blueberries.

Great idea, we all have time to drink but may not have time to eat.

@Viki123 I wouldn't have said anything here but since you mentioned you're in weight loss regime, you may want to cut out on that Vanilla yogurt. You add banana so that is enough sweet and thickening agent. Rest all, your smoothie looks good.:thumbsup

    @Chitravivek,
Actually Smoothie idea struck me when my DH brought vanilla yogurt instead of plain yogurt. I am planning on switching to geek yogurt instead.
