    Thanks for the info.

    I really have to follow some of the things otherwise i am sure my brain should have been damaged.

    I am going to start having breakfast, sleep atleast by 10pm, taking less sugar,salt.

    I feel that this was written specially for me, offlate i felt that my head was having a pulling kind of pain, i thought and doc said may be it is migraine. Now i think may be my brain damage has started. Thanks for the info.

    I will surely try to avoid brain damaging habits.
