    yes lalith i have that book too, but i am trying to find a more compressed version of it. will post it once i find one.The current one is too big, even after archiving

    dear lalith,
    i think u are way too much worried.Just chill.relax, you worrying is not going to help but harm the growth of your baby.Lots of people here have suggested you the same.Sometimes, we just have to wait, and theres nothing you can do to change it.
    just relax, and try and be strong.Worrying does more harm than good.

    My two cents, keep yourself involved in some activities.watch movies. go out on a drive. go out walking with your DH. listen to soothing music ,maybe mozart or whatever you like.watch movies.
    We women have to be strong, and its just the beginning, still nine months to go and then the post partum recovery.
    I know its easier said than done, but then you gotto be mentally very strong for a healthy pregnancy.
    Please dont worry.

    ya sure.. taken everything into consideration what ever u have said..
    but since there was no HB at 5 weeks i m tensed if it can be heard by 9 march..(i m sure everyone wud be the same if they ome across the same.. rite na?? )
    hey by the way other than US and just in case if i wanted to know lil earlier if i can feel the HB is there any other way?? i mean holding my pulse or feel on my tummy??or keeping a steth or something like dat??

    apparently there is no other way to know.the fetus is too tiny right now.A transvaginal U/S would give perfect results in early preg.If not maybe they might ask you for the regular abdominal U/S

    Just relax.
    I am as well, and not thinking anything until 12th wk.I am directly going to see my OB at the end of my first trimester.

    hmmm..
    seems u have a lot of patience and u r strong at heart dear..
    but u know if there is no heartbeat at 5.1 weeks and waiting for the 2 weeks to get over with tension... oh my god... it shud be felt. :( those 2 weeks hell on earth...
    just imagine the day of the scan( i mean the 9) how i wud be feeling till i see the heart beating??

    no problem, even if u arent pregnant, knowledge wont go anywhere!:)
    my DH downloads mozart, pregnancy music and some amazing e books for me...i am just sharing some with the community..a little help that i can do
