Black dots on back neck !!!!!!!!!!!!plz help

I can see black dots appears near the portion of back necks and below.....I dont know how it comes I am very disappointed .....Plz help me with some remedies.....is it need to consult any doctor?plz advice.....

Nothing to worry. These spots appear for no reason. Consult a dermatologist. They remove by a very simple laser procedure. I got three removed from side cheek and ear fold. No pain,nothing. Cost only Rs.500.
