    hi vrittik,
    you can also make karelas without any bitterness.For this scrape the outer then slit the karelas lenghthwise at the one side along,wash karelas then keep karelas in sun shades for three hours or more than it.
    now stuffed karelas with chopped onions,chopped green chilli or red chilli powder,salt,turmeric according to taste.then wrap karelas with thread.deep fry till brown nd crispy.now karelas ready to serve without any bitterness.
    remember its important to keep karelas in sun shades to avoid its bitterness.hope u will enjoy it.
