Biscut Cake

    Ingredients

    Glucose Biscut Pkts : 4
    Coffee Decotion ( Strong ) : 1 Cup (Room Temperature)
    Butter : 4 Tbsp
    Cocoa Powder : 2 Tbsp
    Icing Sugar : 6 Tbsp
    Silver Foil : 1 Sheet

    Method

    1. Place the silver foil on a tray. Mix icing sugar, butter, and cocoa powder together and keep aside.
    2. Dip each biscuit in coffee decotion and place on the tray in one direction into four rows.
    3. Apply a layer of icing sugar, butter & cocoa powder mixture and place another layer of dipped biscuits and place them in another direction.
    4. Repeat the process till all the biscuits are placed and cover the biscuit layers with the remaining icing sugar.
    5. Refrigerate the biscuit cake for 3-4 hrs. Cut into pieces and serve.


    This can be made instantly and kids will love it.

    Hi Taranga,

    I shall try the cake very soon. My neighbours children all 3 to 6 yrs have four weeks Xmas holidays and come to my house to play. I will make it for them and get back with authentic kid s' feedback.
