Big question i have about bay area indian women hair.

hi IL ladies,
I have moved from Mid west to bay area on last november. After that my hair is getting thinner and thinner. My scalp started to visible i believe. I dont know it is inside my body problem or environmental problem. So i started to have a look at other women.(sorry pa really really sorry pa Im badly need a solution for this. That much im getting stressed. so i started to look others to find solution.)

After my analyse, i really got shock. Because 95% of women in and around me have really thin hair and visible scalp (size and levels are different).But they do facing the problem.
Just i want to know anyone among those find the reason behind and soution for this? anyone getting recovery from the hair problem? Im keep on trying variety of home remedies from kitchen products which i got by googling. Plz suggest/share me what you are doing? Give helping hand.
I dont even think what is going to happen after a year.Because the effect within 2-3 months is terrible.
