Anil wanted to marry Aish. Big B was the mediator. Then that infamous Mukesh-Anil property issue arised. So Anil got diverted. His priority changed. Big B was initially against this becos he knew how much Anil was obssessed with her. Tina was upset as well. But she had said that she just wanted to be Mrs.Ambani and didnt want to blow the issue out of proportion(?!?). Then Aish was ignored and Jr.B came into the pic. Anil was after Vivek n before Jr.B ;-)

 

As the legend turns 70, a galaxy of stars turn up to wish him on the very special day of his life

When the god of Bollywood himself blows out 70 candles on his birthday cake, the entire galaxy of stars and starlets, media moguls, starry socialites, business tycoons and the heavy-weight politicians gather for one hell of a starry night at a glamorous gala. And that’s what we witnessed as the who’s who of B-town walked the red carpet at an exclusive do that celebrated the birthday of Big B on Wednesday night.
A grand party was hosted at Reliance Mediaworks in Filmcity, Goregaon where the Bachchan parivar – Amitabh Bachchan with wife Jaya, son-in-law Nikhil Nanda, grandson Agatsya, son Abhishek Bachchan with wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and daughter Shweta were seen greeting a host of gleaming celebs from B-town.
It was certainly a visual treat for the star gazers as almost every individual who mattered graced the event with their flamboyance on display. Bollywood biggies like Shahrukh Khan and wife Gauri Khan, Ajay Devgn with wife Kajol,Karan Johar, Shilpa Shetty, Madhuri Dixit, Anil Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha, John Abraham, Rishi Kapoor, Sridevi and Boney Kapoor, Vidya Balan were among many others who were present at the do. Those who missed the big bash were Aamir Khan (who is busy shooting for Dhoom 3 in Chicago), Salman Khan (for obvious reasons!), Kareena Kapoor-Saif Ali Khan, Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra (the duo is in Bhusan where Barfi! is being screened). Hrithik Roshan and Farhan Akhtar were also mi ssing but their respective wives Sussanne and Adhuna filled in for them.
There was a loud cheer when India’s biggest star sensation Rajinikanth walked in to congratulate Big B at the do. Yesteryear super stars and veteran actors like Dilip Kumar,Shashi Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor, Hema Malini, Anupam and Kir on Kher, Waheeda Rehman, Randhir Kapoor, Kader Khan and Pran also adorned the event with their charm.
Politicians and the top notch business honchos li ke Adi and Parmeshwar Godrej, Praful Patel, Anil Ambani, Chagan Bhujbal, Uddhav Thackrey, Mulayam Singh Yadav were seen mingling with the starry crowd.
Bollywood celebrities can't stop raving about the fun they had while ushering in Amitabh's 70th birthday Wednesday at the Reliance Media Works, Film City, Goregaon.

Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan’s daughter Aaradhya was seen on stage when grandpa Amitabh Bachchan was cutting his special birthday cake

Even as photographers and camerapersons were hungry for capturing Aaradhya Bachchan on the red carpet at her dear Dada Amitabh Bachchan’s 70th birthday bash at Goregaon Film City in Mumbai last night, the little lady made a quiet appearance on stage inside. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan’s 11-month-old daughter seemed bewildered with all the attention, in what is possibly her first outing on a dais.
Snuggled in her mommy’s arms, Aaradhya looked on as her Dadu cut his birthday cake in the presence of the entire family including Abhishek and Jaya Bachchan, Shweta and Nikhil Nanda and their son.
In another picture, Aaradhya was seen with her Dadi Jaya and filmmaker Karan Johar who is close to the Bachchan family. She looked cute in a cream frock accessorised with a matching head band. We are waiting to see if Aaradhya goes the Suri Cruise way – Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ daughter – who is quite a fashionista at only six years of age!
