Hello Ladies, We are living in USA and no plans to return to India in near future. We have an amount of 30 lakhs which we are planning to invest for 10 years. Can you please advise what is best way to invest them ? Thanks.
Dear OP, If you are returning in near future, you can invest that in the form of land in developing areas(suburbs) in metropolitan cities and put a compound wall, it will fetch you good returns or if you can get a loan of other 30L in India you can buy 2bhk and rent it out, you can clear the loan with that rent or you can split the money and put it in FD's or LIC which will give you good returns, or you can buy gold!!
