Please help me to find out good quality of wheat for making flour (Chapatti purpose). I am from Kerala so it’s hard to get good from here. So please give the tips, variety and if any brand. All the ready made flour especially in Maida and Atta were found that the level of bleaching powder and benzoic acid is high which very harmful for our health.

As per my opinion pillsbury sharbati atta is good. You can try normal pillsbury atta too. At present I am using Reliance atta. I find that also good. If you are against using readymade atta try grinding punjab wheat in chakki. If you find roti made from this hard add some readymade atta to it and then make roti.

Hi, Whenever you go for purchasing wheat atta, ask for MP atta. Atta from Madhya Pradesh is considered to be the best quality with minimal amount of impurities and maida content.
