    Hi,

If you know any one of programming language, its easy to learn another one.
Are you new to the programming languages..?
If you have the basics, you will not even need one month to learn a new language.

    I just noticed this post.
You have to first figure out what your motivation is in learning a programming language. Is it to learn the logic of programming, to improve your job / career prospects, to actually develop some project in some other domain?
I am only addressing this for the first case (the other two require more info!):
If you do not know any programming at all, then Java or Python would be good languages to learn. These are the languages which are currently being used to introduce computer science concepts and programming to undergraduates in the US. All the basics of control structures, object orientation and data structures can be easily conveyed in either language. In addition automatic memory clean-up, lack of pointers and so on make it far easier for a beginner than say C++.
