Best diet for major weight loss

    Maintain a diet of 1200 calorie food per day and do dialy walking atleast 30 mins!!! You can enjoy all the healthy foods in that 1200 calories.... divide 1200 cal into breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner.

    1. Ginger :
    Ginger is a natural appetite suppressant. It is also known as a thermogenic food. Accordingly, it increases the body's temperature and improves metabolism. I suggest you eat or drink ginger tea in moderation.

    2. Start each day with a glass of lukewarm water :
    Possibly with half a squeezed lemon. It cleanses your body and removes waste. A simple way to give a kickstart your day!:blush:

    Impart healthy eating habit in your day to day meals . I used the fitness pal app to track what I eat and I religiously updated it with anything I ate.
    With all due respect to the previous posts on pills, please don't take any pills unless they are prescribed by a doctor.

    regular workout followed by proper low calorie high protein diet.

    Take 15 curry leaves (karuveppilai) in empty stomach and drink warm water. After 120 days maximum fat reduced.
