State Bank of India was offering 8.5% promotional interest rate for some time. just contact them and check if it is still there, it is one of the lowest rates. Regards,
Hi Ruhanee Just happened to step by your column,I would suggest LIC housing fund since we have taken a mortgage loan last month and they are good ,they have the lowets rates as of now and you can make prepaymnets upto Rs 2 lakhs without penalty.They are too good ,I did research extensively for 2 months , Cheers Mahima seattle
