    - Sun is harmful for all types of skin specially aging skin due to prone for wrinkles. Sun rays may damage your skin and cause blemishes and wrinkles.     Would like to add one:
    Wash your face with a good cleanser before going to bed, and use a healthy night cream. This is especially important if you stay in cold countries or use the AC/fan a lot at nighttime.
