I usually buy from stop and shop or shop rite... I make ghee from sweet cream organic brands like nature promise,horizon valley... Am just confused which is the best brand to buy which makes quality ghee?
I heard Kerrygold unsalted butter is very good for making ghee. I use it for bread and other stuffs ,it’s good. But I never made ghee from it .I’m planning to make soon. You can try Kirkland’s even that seems to be good

I use Amul unsalted or Kerry gold unsalted butter to make ghee at home.. .. The end result is aromatic and delicious ghee....

Also what is the difference between Sweet cream and clarified butter? When sweet cream is melted it becomes clarified butter?
