    Thanks for the information about the kiwi fruit.I was wondering all these days about this fruit and everytime I go to shop I just feel like getting it but never did it cause I not very sure about it.But now I think I will get it .But a small clarification before that Should we peel the skin before eating?

    Great information and supportive too. Thanks for sharing. I could realise how much values are hidden in fruits. But I'm thinking, how many of we taking atleast a fruit a day? I'll plan to maximize the use of raw fruits. You have wide opened my eye on this one. Thanks for your great service. :thumbsup

    Thanks for sharing benefits of fruits....

    I have a doubt. Can you tell me beyond the benefits of Banana, Will eating 2 or 3 bananas a day will increase in weight???

    Hi cheers,

    sure we have to remove the skin. if you cut and see the fruit, it is a feast to eyes first. it tastes great. :crazy I like it so much. I use to get them whenever I see them.

    "If you eat 4 fruits daily for 28 days,it will thinner your blood" a report says.:idea

    My husband used to say " இதன் தோல்
    கோணி போல இருக்கு" Big Laugh

    Thanks for stepping in dear. Ya you are correct, now a days we all changed our eating patten and we are not eating even one fruit in a day :(

    It is too bad. we have to take at least 2 servings to 5 servings of raw veg. or fruit daily. if we take like that we can keep good health. Have you ever seen that food pyramid? In that they show how much raw food we have to take. :)

    sure , if you eat bananas you can put on weight. no doubt in that. do you want to put weight? There are so many ways to put on weight. Big LaughTo reduce weight is difficult and putting weight is so easy dear.

    I am not interested in putting weight.... I want to reduce(at least maintain the current one)..... I love banana & i ate them more.. So i posted the question.... Now, i will think more in eating them!. Once in a while i will have it anyway!

    Sorry sorry :hide: I thought that you want to put weight.so I replied like that. Generally if you take more banana, you will put weight. you can take it now and then. ok?
