Bell pepper chicken fried rice | Indusladies Heat little oil in a pan, add little finely chopped garlic, onion, green chillies and sauté.Add bell peppers, soya sauce, salt, pepper, chilli garlic sauce and sauté.Add cooked rice and sauté. Add some cooked shredded chicken (I used some of my chicken keema cabbage fry, you could also use chicken shredded from any chicken gravy) and toss well. Serve.
What an easy yet tasty recipe! I have tried something like this, but that didn't have bell-pepper, and the chicken was from a bland rotisserie chicken. Will try this recipe. And not tell about the short cut. : )
