Humility is the most precious quality of a human being which clearly distinguishes one from other. It is that divine quality in which one experiences the presence of God. Humility pervades an aura of Spiritualism surrounding the person. It is the preamble to meditation. It is the opposite of being proud.

“You have come alone. You will go alone”

This is sufficient to justify that you should be humble.

Time is limited. Humility is the real justice to time.

Humility helps to gain wisdom relating to a situation.

It is a natural de-stressing operation by self, without any external help like medicines.

It is the first step in the spiritual journey.

It allows billions of cells in the human body to get relaxed. All the organs of the body are in perfect harmony with each other when you are humble and all the sense organs remain perfectly healthy.

It is the source of all energy.

It helps in analyzing a situation from a rational point of view, as there is no self-pride.

It provides effective and holistic solutions in the long run.

It can critically analyse the happiness and sorrows establishing the limitations of human being and greatness of GOD.

One of the guiding principles is that nobody can solve all the problems. So getting angry to defend our actions is not the correct procedure.

Humility has a zero like approach. It does not allow the mind to get entangled to any problem, like the water drop on the lotus leaf, driving away the pride and desire from the mind. It works on the principle that the sum total of achievements of life is a big zero as one is short-lived. Hence is it not better to be humble rather than getting excited at the slightest provocation?

:hello:Yes Sir. I totally agree with your statements about one practising humility to reap rich meaningful benefits in material and spiritual life.
    2. OK. Humility is adjective and humble is noun both basically convey same meaning. So let me say something about humbleness.
    3. Humbleness or veneer of it is seen among highly matured people when they are about forty or sixty and above. It needs initially going through the mill exposed to wheel of woes. After that only follows the realisation of remaining humble and its benefits.
    4. It appears to come naturally to some.
    5. One comes from heaven, learn to grumble for some years. With pitfalls tumble. At that juncture may even fumble. When things around crumbles he or she gets into troubles. Only after all these, they make effort to become humble show pretence of humility.
    Regards.
    God Bless Us All.

I respect your opinion. Many of the good things of life are a product of our experience only. Unless one experiences tension, one can't experience relaxation. The above article is my observation based on my experiences and should not be construed as a general advice for everybody. Nobody can really advise. Thank you for your objective views in this matter.
