Before And Post Delivery Care In Austin

Hi ladies , this is regarding one of my colleagues who is pregnant due in 2 months .. She will have c section and nobody here to help her either her mom or inlaws .. She already have a elder kid who is 3 years husband is not helping much in house hold chores she is managing all things on her own until now .. But she needs some help during the days delivery ( for elder kid ) and after delivery .. Where can we get such help .. As she is from south vegerarian can we get someone who will come to home cook food n take care of elder one during hospital stay n then take care of new born after delivery ..like full time nanny do they cook also vegetarian food ..

I don't know any suggestion to give her .. If u ladies know any person or contact please do share even home made food pickup works for her ( bcoz after delivery she needs bit less spicy food for her n kid ) ..
