:thumbsupHi Friends.. 90% of married women or more precisely Moms spend half of the day in kitchen knowingly or unknowingly cooking for the family and cleaning up the stuff.. Iam one of them . and finally by the time i get to relax .. get so exhausted that i feel like sitting in the couch and not getting up but when my kids come.. iam off to my job again.. Here are some of the beauty tips i follow.. while i work in kitchen.. so it saves my time and doesnot need extra time.. Don't throw away the mushy fruits , they can be great for cleaning up the skin. * Bananas which become too mushy work great on oily skin.. take a half banana mash it more in a bowl.. if required add a few drops of water or milk to make it more loose and apply on the face neck and hands from downwards to upwards .. for about 10 minutes , massage it and leave it to dry and then wash it off.. This works for me more than anything else. * Mushy strawberries, papaya, peaches etc etc .. trust me.. these work so naturally on our skin.. If you have more time.. make a good pulp by blending it..and use it for the whole body.. * Milk and lemon juice together works great on tan patches on the face.. specially the dark part under and around the lips.. can add pinch of turmeric if interested since it doesnot suit everybody.. * Honey is a good moisturizer .. cucumbers , tomatoes, carrots anything can be blended to make a fine paste.. use them with some milk to give that naturally soft skin. All these kind of things which we can use for ourselves instead of throwing in garbage since we cannot eat them anymore.. not only gives us beauty.. but makes us more aware of finishing them before they get spoiled.. We need not spend more time on it.. When u r cooking , the little time u get in between the work.. u can do it.. and once u apply on your face.. till it gets dried up.. u can finish off your jobs.. Try them girls.. They really worked on me... Have a great day..
