    Have leftover rice with water

    Dear all,

    found very useful tips here...add one more tip:

    Have a cup of zeera water everyday(good if had in empty stomach too)... coooools ur body very well..

    Either u can soak zeera (1-2spn) in a bottle of water overnight & have it next day

    or to make instant : boil zeera(cumin seeds) in water..let to stir well...(u can notice colour changing,stir till it is dark--brown shade) ,now let it cool & have...

    Another main advantage of this is : it increases ur complexion too very well...u can feel the change if consumed everyday....

    JiyaMehreen, Jeera for complexion is a new tip. In summer chances are there for stomach related ailments hence having jeera water is very good. Thanks once again for the good tip.

    Very helpful thread. Eat watermelon and cucumber. Drink barley juice. these will help to cool the body.
