    I recently got to read this in a health magazine's nutrition report that Japanese scientists recently reported as Yogurt reduces bad breath.

    What's yogurt trick in reducing bad breath? It is found that Yogurt changes mouth's pH level by decreasing bacteria. A protein 'K-casein' found in yogurt reduces stink inducing bacteria's ability to adhere to tooth surfaces.

    So freshen your breath by taking more yogurt!

    Hi,

    Yogurt in addition to reducing bad breath, also aids in quick digestion and strengthens bone & teeth.

    Yogurt has adequate lactase that aids quick digestion. Those who cannot drink milk due to lack of lactase can switch to yogurt.

    Yougurt is also naturally rich in calcium, so taking plenty of yogurt will help in strengthening bones & teeth.

    I had read about the various benefits of yoghurt including the reducing of bad breath.Yoghurt has enough calcium which is adequate for the increasing in density of bones.As we grow older,the bone density decreases & regular consumption of yoghurt helps replenish that.
    Moreover it is a beauty aid too.Helps one retain the youth by minimum consumption of a cupful.
