Batwa Bag - Huck Or Swedish Weave With Sequin

In 70's and 80's batwa bag with a layered embroidery the Matty cloth with sequins, was taught in the schools in Karnataka (5th - 7th graders). I think the sequins were added to the last layer. My sister had done a batwa bag when she was in the 6th grade using this type of embroidery. Many girls used to have these bags in different color combinations.
