Believe me no one believes tat its baked since it’s very tasty.You will not get kale taste as well ! My hubby felt tat since few days there was no much protein in our diet so was wondering wat to do ! Wanted something tasty too Finally decided to prepare it as a snack . Ingredients Kale leaves - 1 cup washed and chopped Channa dal - 1/2 cup Fennel seeds - 1 tsp Jeera - 1 tsp Ginger - 1 inch Green chillies - 3 Salt Soda Onion - 1 small Method Soak channa dal for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F or 220 Celsius . Grind it with ginger, fennel seeds ,chillies , cumin and ginger coursely . Then add chopped kale, onion , soda and salt . Cover baking tray with lightly greased baking paper . Prepare balls out of it and prepare like patties and place on the tray and bake it for 45 min or until it’s baked well . Variation You can replace kale with dill leaves , coriander as well

Yummy and very healthy. You can try this with carrots, zucchini, kadhu, cabbage and spinach just experiment it always works out and you can change the masala you use try italian herbs too......
