I had pcos problem while my husband
had varicocele and sperm motility issues.
Infact the sperm motility was zero, there was not even one motile sperm.
We both started the treatment together , in approximately three months i conceived.
My husband couldn't even recheck his sperm report for motility.
However he did notice improvement in his overall health in the last few months.
One more thing he mentioned was that the weird pain , heavyness kind of a feeling which he used to experience in the scrotum region was much reduced.
This was how on the basis of these physical features we were keeping a note of our progress.
I did get my tests done recently; My pcod was corrected, egg formation and rupture was natural without any trigger.
We both took Ayurvedic treatment from
dr uppal( suntex clinic)
He is available at roshanara road , old delhi.
My mother's old friend suggested me this place. I dont know much about the contents of these medications as they vary from person to person depending upon their body type, ailment etc.

Food plan / diet plan depends not only on the disorder ,but also on Your body type, and the medications you are taking, and your current diet and lifestyle
So my diet plan will not apply to you correctly.
However You can consult any Ayurvedic practitioner near you for the same.
They' ll understand your body and will advice you accordingly.

I am himani from delhi,
I have been married for 5 years now
Trying to conceive since then,
Tried iui's a couple of times, followed by two ivf faliures.
Wasted so much of time and money; now i am interested to go for Ayurvedic treatment for my conception issues .
My mother in law's friend, (an old sikh lady )advised us to give suntex a try.

Talking about my experience at suntex clinic
So far is nice, its been roughly two months of my Ayurvedic treatment by dr uppal.
Physique wise, i feel great.
A lot of my health issues are being simultaneously attended along with my mainline treatment of pcod.

Now since i am doing good, i personally feel like checking my ultrasound to notice any improvement.
But that is supposed to happen on day 5 , and
follicle studyf from day 10 onwards.
So that i can see my true status.
However i am confident for success this time.
because i have never felt so healthy, and energetic earlier.
Now i need to wait a couple of days before i can check.
So overall i ll suntex a nod
Reason being i am feeling healthy and mainly because there was a friend of mine who conceived last month after taking treatment from suntex.
