Hi everyone..First of all congratulations to everyone of u....Happy to see u all....

This is my first pregnancy & tones of Question pop-up every time

My first Ultrasound was done on 11th week.wether NT & Birth defect screening test are different (IN USA) becoz my Dr told that c ll Insist a test on 16th week (i forgot the test name) which will also find the baby condition....

 

Hey congrats. In India 1st scan is after 7th week is completed. Next NT scan is after 14th week is completed

 

Yes., I had PAP smear during my 1st prenatal visit.I am also in USA. I am not sure ,wether it can be skipped during pregancy.But one of my frnds told that its neccessary to take once in 3 years in USA.

Any of u Heard HB of the baby?

 

Congrats Lithika..I didn't ask or they didn't make me hear heart beat during scan..anyway report says there is good heart beat..
In India, there is a NT scan around 11-13 weeks and anomaly scan around 19-22 weeks.

Hey gals,

My due date is 29th august.. First time pregnant..Today had a 11th week scan and NT scheduled on 22nd Feb..
Saw the baby doing lots of moving and sommersaults today and hand waving.. It was really cute..


I too heard the hearbeat last time,, It was like a horse running, you can ask the sonographer, they will make you listen.
