    Dear Bambi,

    Hope you are doing well. Thanks for answering my query on weight loss. I will be grateful if u cld clarify a couple of pts:

    1) Am drinking a yuk concotion of salad vellarikkai and carrot on empty stomach in the morning (since I do not get banana stem and ash gourd).
    Is this likely to have similar effects on weight loss?

    2) I do Pranayamam as taught by Vivekananda Yoga Kendra in Bangalore. But do not maintain counts. Can you kindly give me the inhale, hold and exhale counts?

    Allergy

    Hi Bambi

    Before I start my health problem, a brief about myself I am basically from Bangalore shifted to Chennai 6-8months back, working currently in a firm.
    After coming to Chennai I developed an allergy kind,wherein I eat outside food I get rashes- like lips start swelling and palms too get swollen up but after some time say abt 3-4 hrs it disappears.

    Of course I do avoid eating out but it is not possible always since I do go out sometimes like attend parties or eat in cafeteria. Please let me know a remedy for this.

    Hibiscus

    Everyone,

    In the US, where can we get hibiscus flowers? I have a Hibiscus plant which gives about 6 flowers in a year and that's about it.

    nurture and it will bloom

    dear ginger,
    try removing the soil beneath upto a 6" level...and fill it up with 50%compost50%red soil...and some neem cakes if available try any of the fertilisers available for good blooms and add them to the roots...and it will bloom well all it needs is good sunlight and water...if the climate is a very cold one then u have problem otherwise with the above mixture it should grow very well.....regards sunkan

    That's so nice of you. Unfortunately, we are moving to Michigan on July 18th. Hubby got a job at Ford. No change in the weather though.

    You mention Pudukkotai.I think you are the nature cure follower of Sri Lakshmana sarma,Sri S.Swamynathan.I came to know this nature cure from the shishya of sri.S.Swamynathan sri R.R.Varma.Can you confirm you are the follower of the great masters.
    Whenever I go out of my house I could not fully follow this nature method.
    Is the nature cure centre in Pudukkottai still going on?
