    A couple who work out together stays together forever. Try picking up a sport you both enjoy playing together. Swimming is one activity a couple can go for together, try joining a yoga or Zumba or a dance class together. Once you start working out together you can encourage each other to eat healthy food. To keep yourself motivated, keep a target of loosing atleast 2kgs in a month. Take out one of your old dresses which you wish to get into again.Surf the net for new exercises to loose weight.
