Are New Year's Resolutions Meaningful?

    I now believe that New year's resolutions are not very meaningful because with them comes external pressures. I believe that the most meaningful resolutions come from within (in a quiet, resolute manner).

    Depends on what resolution you take for new year . If you just make something for the heck of it, yes it will break eventually. If it is something you really want to achieve, then you will try to stay commited.
    Personally I don't wait till new year for any resolutions. If i want to achieve something, then i start that the same day.
