    Rama I had first designed this pattern in a paper and cut the flowers and leaf from cloth. Then I have stitched them on the main bed spread using button hole stitch. I hope this answers your question.

    Deepa, my name is quiet a common name in Bengal and Odisha, though it is a rare one in south India.
